At JB Farms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a broken or damaged candle, we will gladly offer you a full refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The candle must have been received broken or damaged.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the candle.
- You must provide us with a photo of the broken or damaged candle.
Refund Process
Once we receive your notification and photo, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please Note:
- We recommend that you keep the original packaging in case you need to return the candle.
- We are not responsible for any candles that are damaged after they have been used.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the candle was damaged intentionally.
